These terms form an agreement between CDNFlux Networks B.V., a company established in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“CDNFlux”, “we”), and the customer, and govern access to and use of the CDNFlux content delivery service. By creating an account or sending traffic through the network you accept them.
The service may not be used to distribute malware, to host content that infringes third-party rights, or to conduct attacks against any network. We may suspend a zone that is the source or target of activity which threatens the stability of the network.
We target 99.99 per cent monthly availability for edge delivery. Availability is measured at the edge and excludes periods when an origin is unreachable for reasons outside our control.
Charges are based on transferred volume and request count, billed monthly in arrears. Unpaid balances more than 30 days overdue may result in suspension.
Content passing through the network is processed solely to deliver it. We do not inspect, modify or sell customer content. See the privacy policy for details on request logs.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination, cached content is purged and access to logs is retained for 14 days.
Material changes to these terms are announced at least 30 days before taking effect.
