Existing customers write to support@cdnflux.xyz. Quote the zone name in the subject so the request is routed to the right engineer. Urgent delivery issues are escalated on receipt, outside business hours included.
For capacity beyond the default limits, custom cache rules, or a trial of the network, write to sales@cdnflux.xyz describing your traffic profile and origin location. New zones are provisioned by our team; there is no self-service sign-up.
We peer openly at AMS-IX, DE-CIX, LINX and Equinix. Send your ASN and preferred exchange to peering@cdnflux.xyz.
Reports of content served through the network that violates our acceptable use policy go to abuse@cdnflux.xyz and are reviewed on receipt. Please include the full URL and the nature of the complaint.
Vulnerability reports go to security@cdnflux.xyz. Our disclosure policy is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
